Mechanical Engineer, with 30 years of experience and expertise in solar field, in various leadership positions in BHEL, TATA BP Solar (Tata Power Solar), co-founder and CEO KOTAK Urja, co-founder and CEO EverSun Energy, handled advisory and consulting with SunEdison, Honeywell, raised venture funding through Kliner Perkins, Sherpalo, Applied Ventures, had M&A exits in a successful entrepreneurial career. Co-Founded RenXSol in 2012 alongwith IPP firms SunVeda Energy/Power enabling clients benefit from latest in solar energy and consulting services.

Debashis is backed up with a sound technical knowledge of engineering equipment used in the steel industries and has closely worked in the area of procurement of these engineering equipment. After 12 fruitful years in the steel industry, he entered the field of Solar power generation and is well adept in the execution of projects right from the procurement till the commissioning of the plant. With a rich experience of 25 years in Solar, he has been rendering KW to MW EPC projects across Maharashtra and Gujarat such as GPCL, BHEL and TATA Motors to name a few. He is the VP EPC at Bhairavi Urja since 2024

Jayaprakash, is a commerce graduate with accounts background from Jamshedpur with solar projects expertise of over 20 years. Jayaprakash is also former co-founder of EverSun Energy with EPC projects across Karnataka and Gujarat and actively involved in project oversight and execution / implementation from kW to MW scale for EverSun as well as Excel Innovations. He is the VP PM & HR at Bhairavi Urja since 2024

Dr. Rehan has over three decades of experience in HSE&Q management roles in Energy sector with industry pioneers like Brune Shell Petroleum. KCA Deutag, Elite Drilling Company, Arabian Drilling Company, etc. Dr. Rehan is also certified NEBOSH(2008) & PGDM Industrial Safety, IOSH (BSP). He has extensively worked in various parts of the world in diverse HSE roles
